Automatic system introduction for broiler cage
Automatic feeding machine
1. The main feed line can work automatically. Feed will be
dispensed evenly in the feed trough
2. The magnetic end device can effectively clean the accumulated
feed to avoid mildew, to ensure birds healthy and save labour
3. There are two kinds of adjustable guarding plate, galvanized
steel plate or PVC plate. As an option, we can also use a belt to
adjust the height of the gap from where the birds can get feed
4. Proven design and stable running can prevent maintenance for the
most part
Automatic manure cleaning system
1. Scraper Type
The scraper type is suitable for A type cages, which can clean two
or three rows. It can not only save some labor cost, but also save
some investment in the whole project
The cleaning speed is 6-10 meters per minute
2. Conveyor Belt Type
1) Suitable for both A type cages and H type cages, which can
reduce the labor intensity and labor cost, keep the chicken shed
dry and clean. Each row needs a set of manure removing machine
2) Manure removing belt we use is 1.1 mm, PP material
(polypropylene), corrosion-resistant and antibacterial
3) Manure Clean system is designed with pressure rollers and rubber
rollers, which reduces the problem of motor idling and deviation.
It can be used for a long time without adjusting the belt
The walking speed is 2-4 meters per minute
