egg laying chicken. The high-performance cage design allows for the
rearing of up to 3 to 8 times the quantity of chicken compared to
floor deep litter raising system and about 1.5 to 4 times when
compared to Type 1 in the same house. Once the birds reach 84 days,
they can then be transferred to a layer battery cage for later
growth
